Bio

Sabrina Clark is the Head Athletic Trainer for Dyersburg State Community College. She is an employee of West Tennessee Healthcare and Sports Plus Physical Therapy. Her primary responsibilities include prevention, recognition, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries for all Eagle athletes and coaches. She provides medical coverage at all home practices and games and is the coordinator of care between the athletes, coaches, emergency personnel, doctors, and rehabilitation specialists. Clark was a multi-sport athlete at DSCC from 1995-97, playing Softball and Women’s Basketball. During this time, she completed an Associate of Arts degree majoring in Psychology. After graduating from DSCC, she went on to play Division 1 Softball at The University of Tennessee at Martin and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Athletic Training. She recently graduated from Concordia University in Chicago with a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning. Clark became a Certified Athletic Trainer in February of 2003 and started working with DSCC in August of 2003. From 2010-2020, Clark also split time at her alma mater, Gibson County High School, providing medical care to all GCHS athletes. She was voted Best of the Best Athletic Trainer while working with athletes at Gibson County High School. She was a Hearts of Fire recipient for West Tennessee Healthcare for going above and beyond in her profession in 2016. And in 2020 she was nominated a finalist for NJCAA Athletic Trainer of the Year. Sabrina resides in Dyersburg with her husband, Brad, who is the owner and Master Barber at South Mill Barber Co in Dyersburg.
